Role Summary/Purpose
Sales & Administrative Assistant to provide quotation to customers
Essential Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities are typical of an Administrative Assistant within a Sales department. The main characteristic here is that they are very structured and heavily utilize IT tools and CRM systems
Work with Sales executives and Engineering team
Manage marketing tools (brochures & webtools)
Maintain close communication lines with technical department
Qualifications/Requirements
Good academic background
Swiss or EEC National, French, English, German required
At least 3+ years experience in a similar role preferably within companies selling industrial equipment or products to other businesses.
